Lal Bahadur Shastri Death/Murder
The second PM of independent India dies on 11 January , 1966 due to some uncertain issues .
Story –The Indo-Pak war escalated in 1965 .Major battles took place in Kashmir, Punjab, and Rajasthan. US intervention 22 September 1965 led to a agreement between both the countries.
Tashkent Agreement: On January 10, 1966, Indian Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri and Pakistani President Ayub Khan signed the Tashkent Agreement in the Soviet Union.
- However, after few hours later of signing the agreement he passed away.
- The cause of death was reported heart attack , however some doctors refused to believe it.
- People raised voice against lack of care in handling body , no even post-mortem was conducted .
- People even witnessed blood spots and blue spots indicating poison in shastri’s body .
- Shastri’s wife Lalita Shastri, even raised her voice against suspicious death of Shastri , but dur to lack of evidences was there to support her allegations .
- Many people were accused for death of Shastri like KGB[ secret agency of USSR] , ISI [ secret agency of USA ] and his Shastri’s personnel chief.
